Welcome to dimitra.lifeBelow you will find all the available payment methods for purchases from our e-shop and for online appointments/sessions with Dimitra Koutoumanou.

1) Cash on delivery (Only for Greece)

You pay cash or by card upon delivery to the courier partner (ACS or BOX NOW, where supported).
Cash on delivery charge: +3,00 €.

Valid only for shipments within Greece.
The courier may request identification/confirmation phone number.
For bulky/special packages or remote areas, it may not be available.

Tip: If you choose BOX NOW, check that the locker supports card payment (where applicable).

2) Payment via PayPal

You can complete your order with the account PayPal or by card via PayPal.

Payment is made in the secure environment of PayPal (SSL/TLS, PCI DSS compliance).
The dimitra.life does not save card details.
Payment confirmation is usually immediate. For any “eCheck” payments, shipping is done after they have cleared.

3) Deposit/Transfer to Bank Account / IRIS

If you are unable to receive by cash on delivery or prefer bank payment, you can deposit/transfer the amount to one of the following accounts:

Instructions:

Before depositing, make sure the products are available (brief stock confirmation from us).
In reasons of the deposit write Full Name + Order Number.
Send the deposit receipt to information@dimitra.life.
Your order is being activated/shipped. as soon as it appears the payment to our account (usually 1 business day).

Note: Any bank charges/commissions are charged to the customer. For international transport use SHA and make sure it is sent clean amount.

4) Viva Wallet (Cards & Wallet)

Pay easily with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay/Google Pay (where supported) or via Viva Wallet.

Payments are made via Viva to secure environment (SSL/TLS) with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
Supported 3-D Secure / SCA for identity confirmation.
The dimitra.life doesn't hold card details.

Installments: If supported by the card/provider, they will appear at checkout (where available).

Transaction Security

dimitra.life uses SSL/TLS encryption.
Card payments are processed by certified providers (PCI-DSS).
We apply SCA/3-D Secure, fraud controls and organizational/technical security measures.
We do not store card details. Your data is protected in accordance with Privacy Policy.

Billing Time & Pricing

Cards/PayPal/Viva: The charge is made upon completion of the order.
Bank deposit: The order is executed after credit confirmation.
Documents (Simple Receipt/Invoice) are issued electronically in accordance with applicable legislation.

Payment Failure / Order Check

If the payment is declined, check your card details, available balance, 3-D Secure, etc. and try again or choose another payment method.
We reserve the right confirmation of data or cancellation/refund payment in cases of suspicious activity/fraud.

Refunds

In case cancellation, product return or non-provision of appointment service, refund is made through same payment method (where technically feasible).
For bank refunds, IBAN & beneficiary.
Credit time depends on the bank/payment provider (usually 1–10 business days).

Payment for Online Appointments/Sessions

You can prepay with card (Viva/PayPal) or, where offered, with bank deposit.
In change/cancel appointment, the Cancellation Policy (see corresponding page/terms).
If a return is required, the refund policy above is followed.

Prices & Currency

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any cash on delivery, shipping or service charges are listed at checkout before payment.
