This policy sets out the terms and conditions for product returns, order cancellations and session management through the dimitra.life.


1. Product returns

1.1 Non-returnable products

For reasons hygiene and safety, the products Silverette (as well as any other product classified as personal care/hygiene) they are not refundable or exchangeable.
Thank you for your understanding.

1.2 Other products (general rule)

If other products are made available through the e-shop in the future:

  • The consumer retains the right of withdrawal within 14 days upon receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation (Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU), with the exception of products that fall under legal exceptions (e.g. sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed).

  • For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and be accompanied by the proof of purchase.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a shipping error or a defective product.


2. Refunds

  • If a product return is approved, the refund will be made through same payment method used during purchase, within 14 working days from receipt of the product.

  • In case of payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit, you are required to send us IBAN and beneficiary details.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless the responsibility lies with the dimitra.life (e.g. wrong product or proven defective).


3. Cancellations and refunds for sessions

  • Customers can cancel or change their appointment until 24 hours ago from the scheduled session, without any charge.

  • In case of cancellations after 24 hours or in case of no-show, the amount non-refundable and the session is considered completed.

  • To cancel or change an appointment, the client must contact: info@dimitra.life or through the online booking platform.

  • In the event that the session is cancelled by us (e.g. due to force majeure), either reprogramming either full refund.


4. Returns process

  1. Contact us at info@dimitra.life with the order number and reason for return/cancellation.

  2. In the case of a product, you will be given shipping instructions.

  3. In the event of a session, the date and cancellation eligibility will be confirmed.

  4. The refund (if approved) is completed in accordance with the terms of sections 2 and 3.


5. Legal framework

This policy complies with:

  • him Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection,

  • the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights,

  • him Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the protection of personal data.
