In dimitra.life We make sure your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding shipping and delivery of products.


Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date of registration.

  • During periods of increased load (e.g. sales, holidays) or in remote/inaccessible areas, the time may be extended.

  • You will receive confirmation email with the shipping number (tracking number) to monitor the progress of the delivery.


Shipping Methods to Greece

Shipments are carried out through the following cooperating courier companies:

📦 ACS Courier

  • Delivery to the address you have stated.

  • Possibility of payment with cash on delivery (+3,00 €).

  • Delivery usually within 1–3 business days from shipment.

📦 Box Now (Smart Lockers)

  • Pick up from automatic locker Box Now, 24 hours a day.

  • You will receive an SMS/email with the PIN code to open the locker.

  • Delivery within 48 hours of notification.

  • Card payment is supported (where available).

The company reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier to complete the delivery, depending on the address or volume/weight of the order.


Shipping Charges

  • The charges are determined based on the current price list of cooperating courier companies.

  • The final cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

  • Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount, within the context of offers announced in the eshop.


Shipments to Cyprus & Abroad

  • For shipments outside Greece, please contact us at sales@dimitra.life so that we can inform you about available shipping methods, delivery times and charges.


Reception & Customer Responsibility

  • The customer is obliged to check the products upon receipt. In case of damage or shortage, he must immediately inform the dimitra.life within 48 hours.

  • If the order is not received and returned to our store, reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.


Delivery Delay

The dimitra.life is not responsible for delays due to:

  • force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather events, pandemic),

  • incomplete/incorrect delivery details declared by the customer,

  • unforeseen problems of courier companies.

In any case, we will inform you in a timely manner.
